Junk food or Social media detox? I know it does not make sense. You cant choose only body or mind.
Junk food and Social media are equally addicting and bounded into our lives. Even kids are put into junk food detox to stay healthy. Everyone is more concerned about what we eat and organic foods stay on trend. Clearly everyone knows the importance of sticking to old traditions to live longer and healthy.
But hey, here I am! Am equally and far more responsible to keep you fit and healthy, says our mind.
Our body and mind together are responsible for our well being and the mind especially is a game changer and plays far more important role in keeping you healthy and happy. As the saying goes, 'A happier mind is a healthy mind'

There would be people who regret at the end of the day wasting all day on social media and getting things done. There are also others who do not regret but might end up so someday because this consumes your mind powers and leaves you empty.
